Agios Pavlos beach is located in the eastern part of the island about 55 km away from the old town of Rhodes. It is a small natural harbor that used to be a commercial center and from there it is said that St. Paul started to teach Christianity. Agios Pavlos beach is a destination not only for its history but also for its unique beauty. The emerald waters, the golden sand and the pebbles, but also the Acropolis that dominates the rocks of the beach, create a magical landscape. Agios Pavlos beach has rightly been voted one of the 50 most beautiful beaches in Europe.
